works as a scientist and expert in applied ethics at the University of Tübingen. He is the author of several monographs and a member of Forum Privatheit , by which the White Paper TRACKING  was researched and published. It describes the many tracking methods used in everyday Internet use from a technical perspective and evaluates them with reference to legal requirements. Finally, it derives recommendations for further technical and legal development in the field.
