Regular Course „Internet and Privacy“
The evolution of the internet changes our world and opens new perspectives. It is accompanied, however, by the transfer of private data to a hardly controlled data economy and intransparent institutions. The public course "Internet & Privacy" is open to the general public. It intends to outline the details of personal screening and to put the debate on a firm basis of facts. Prominent experts from research and politics could be aquired as lecturers like Markus Beckedahl, founder of netzpolitik.org and Maja Smoltzcyzk, Head of Data Protection Berlin. The Public Course is scheduled for the summer semester 2019 and will take place every Monday afternoon in Architekturgebäude at Ernst-Reuter-Platz.
Time: every Monday 4-6 p.m; place: Architekturgebäude, Straße des 17. Juni 152, Hörsaal A151
