Lecture Series „Internet and Privacy“
The growth and development of the Internet are changing our world and creating new opportunities, but are accompanied by far-reaching transfers of private data to a data economy that is difficult to keep track of and to non-transparent institutions. The lecture series "Internet and Privacy", which is open to the public and free to all interested parties, aims to explain the details of this personal screening and put the debate on a solid factual basis. Leading researchers, experts and political leaders have been recruited for the lecture. It will take place every Monday in the summer semester 2021 via an online video platform.
Time: every Monday 4-6 p.m; on-line via Zoom platform (since BBB is not available yet)
